1. Who these terms are between
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between Arthat AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(“Arthat,” “we,” “us”), incorporated in India, and you, the visitor of arthat.org. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
These Terms cover the website only. If you enter into a paid engagement with us, that work is governed by a separate master services agreement and/or statement of work, which prevails over anything here.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, business-related purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, account, server, or connected network.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at a rate that interferes with normal use. Normal search-engine crawling is fine.
- Use the site to send spam, phishing messages, or malicious code through our contact form.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through the contact form.
- Use our trademarks, name, or logo without our prior written consent (editorial references are fine).
3. Our content
Unless otherwise noted, everything on the site — text, graphics, page layout, component designs, flow diagrams, case study narratives, blog posts, photos, and code — is either owned by Arthat or used with permission. You may:
- Read, print, and share links to individual pages for non-commercial use.
- Quote brief excerpts with clear attribution (“per Arthat AI, arthat.org”).
You may not republish substantial portions, re-host the content on another domain, or repackage it into a competing product without our written consent.
4. Blog posts, case studies, and informational content
Content on the site is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. Case studies describe outcomes achieved for specific clients in specific contexts — your results will differ based on your stack, data quality, team, and goals. Before making a business decision based on anything we publish, talk to someone who knows your situation.
5. Contact form submissions
When you send us a message through the contact form, you confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you’re authorized to share it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. We don’t control those and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.
7. Service availability
We do our best to keep the site running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to restrict access for users who violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the content is error-free, up-to-date, or that the site will be free of viruses.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arthat AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption) arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to the site (not to any paid engagement) is limited to the greater of INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us for access to the site (which is zero, since the site is free to read).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for gross negligence or willful misconduct).
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Arthat harmless from any claim, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” line at the top reflects the most recent change. If the change is significant, we’ll give reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless another forum is required by applicable consumer protection law.
